What is bumblebee 2 netflix?

As of October 2021, there is no official announcement regarding the release of Bumblebee 2 on Netflix or any other streaming platform.

Bumblebee, the first movie in the franchise, was released in 2018 and directed by Travis Knight. It was a prequel to the Transformers franchise and focused on the origin story of the popular character, Bumblebee. The film stars Hailee Steinfeld, John Cena, and Jorge Lendeborg Jr.

While a sequel has not been confirmed by Paramount Pictures, there have been talks of expanding the Transformers franchise with more spinoffs. The studio has reportedly been developing projects based on the characters Optimus Prime and Beast Wars.
